Meet the Women Behind PALM
At PALM, we aim to support, engage, empower and mentor women within the fashion and manufacturing industry. By creating a strong female community and encouraging roles of responsibility and management for women, we then begin to bridge the gap between gender. Historically roles of management were upheld by mostly men, we propose an exciting and optimistic future for women globally. Our small but mighty team of females are responsible for every aspect of the brand.
Today marks International Women's Day and celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. It also calls for action to challenge gender bias and accelerate gender equality and opportunity. An important day in raising awareness about women’s equality, it is also a day to celebrate women's achievements, lobby for accelerated gender parity and fundraise for female-focused charities.
